Course Summary: From an early age, it’s important to teach children what self-love is, and how they can create a healthy body image. When children love themselves, they’ll be confident and prepared to deal with future negative comments and not take them to heart.

About
Our Journey Counselling & Wellness is an experienced team of psychologists and counsellors. They provide services for individual/group counselling for children/youth/adults, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) for schools/student care.
Qualifications of our counsellors are registered with Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). They are bound by professional code of ethics and best practices.

All About Self-Love – I Love Just Being Me (2 Days): From an early age, it’s important to teach children what self-love is, and how they can create a healthy body image. When children love themselves, they’ll be confident and prepared to deal with future negative comments and not take them to heart.
The 3 types of Self-love covered in this workshop:
- Mental – loving our brains
- Physical – loving our bodies
- Emotional – loving our feelings and our character
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify and evaluate unhelpful thinking through the three C’s approach
- Learn that we are all unique and take achieveable steps to develop a healthy body image
- Create a personalised list of reassuring and kind inner voice statements
Terms & Conditions
- Enrichment TEAM Pte Ltd (T.E.A.M. Student Care centre) reserves the right to commence class when there is minimum class size or to suspend class when the number of students falls below minimum class size.
- In the event, any of the programs is unable to commence, full refund of course fees paid.
- Cancellation 10 calendar days before course start date is allowed without penalty. Full refund of course fees paid.
- Cancellation within 10 calendar days before course start date will face 50% penalty. The balance 50% of course fees paid will be refunded before course start date.
- Evidence of COVID-positive infection within 7 calendar days before course start date will be fully refunded.

Student Care, together with Our Journey Counselling & Wellness, will take necessary precautions to ensure safety and good health of your child, the Centre and the Enrichment provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, mishap or accident whatsoever that may occur during classes at the centre premises.
