In this workshop, participants will be introduced to various animation forms and digital filmmaking, including stop motion. They will learn how to create a storyboard, capture images, and digitalize their ideas, weaving images into a story and turning them into a short video. This discovery-based workshop will encourage children to work on their creative thinking, problem-solving, as well as planning and organizational skills. About the Instructor
Jegannath Ramanujam, is an animation artist and the Founder of Creative Hands. He focuses on creating original content for his special platform www.kathaineram.com. This was a specially curated platform that was created in conjunction with the Tamil Language Festival and showcases original Tamil content ranging from animation stories, illustrated audio books to comics. Apart from this, Jegan also conducts workshops and trainings in schools, organisations for a wide-ranging audience ranging from students aged 5 to 16 and also adults to impart the knowledge of animation. He has been conducting workshops for the past 10 years and focuses on stop-motion animation workshops, comic-writing workshops, 3D animation workshops etc. Jegan is seen in these two videos below, conduction his signature stop-motion animation workshops. This workshop was widely received by schools and organisations such as SINDA, TLLPC, UPTLC, NLB etc. The most recent of his workshop was held at the Woodlands Regional Library where around 80 students participated and benefited.
Programme Structure
The programme is designed to be completed within 2 sessions of 2 hours. The students will work in groups, exploring with different mediums such as paper cuts, toys, animation to put together a stop-motion video story. At the end of the workshop, the video will be shared with parents of the students in the group.

- Enrichment TEAM Pte Ltd (T.E.A.M. Student Care centre) reserves the right to commence class when there is minimum class size or to suspend class when the number of students falls below minimum class size.
- In the event, any of the programs is unable to commence, full refund of course fees paid.
- Cancellation 14 calendar days before course start date is allowed without penalty. Full refund of course fees paid.
- Cancellation within 14 calendar days before course start date will face 50% penalty. The balance 50% of course fees paid will be refunded before course start date.
- Evidence of COVID-positive infection within 7 calendar days before course start date will be fully refunded.

- I understand that photos and videos taken during class lessons or events may be used by the Centre and/or Enrichment provider for publicity and marketing purposes. I consent to the use of such material whereby my child/children or my family appears in them.
- I also agree that while T.E.A.M. Student Care, together with vendors/trainers, will take necessary precautions to ensure safety and good health of your child, the Centre and the Enrichment provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, mishap or accident whatsoever that may occur during classes at the centre premises.
