Good after school care with lots of good activities… (Thumps Up) (From 2015 to 2021)

We have zero experience with student care when we first put our child in TEAM during his P1. Now in P4, he is very comfortable with TEAM. There’s no reason for us to explore other Student Care. TEAM have dedicated staff/tutors/teachers and their management is awesome. Their Director Ms Sandy is very responsive and act responsibly during the past 1.5 years. She and her staff manage the pandemic situation really well. You can see the effort they put in to take good care of our child.

As a busy working mom, I need a dependable after school care for my girl. A place where she can carry on after school learning in a safe and conducive environments. TEAM student care is just that. The team of caring Teachers made sure that the homework are done by the end of the day. The students also enjoyed games when there are free time. They are also updated on latest local news. Holiday programs are also available, so my girl can have a fun and fruitful holiday. Plus points are there are in-house tuition as well, and latest advantage is the flexi scheme. This is the most useful as my girl grows up and need less time at TEAM. My Child has been with TEAM for 5 years. He always tells me about the fun activities they do at the student care such as baking, cooking, and watching movies with his friends. He also mastered cycling, roller-blading, did volunteering and visited the library during the school holidays. We are thankful to TEAM for taking good care of our child, ensuring he does his daily homework and keeping him meaningfully occupied 😊. (From 2017 to 2021)

I have my kids going to TEAM for 5 years, and it’s been a great pleasant experience for both kids and us as parents. TEAM student care center has very professional teachers and branch director around. They are always responsive to parents queries, prompt communication is also in place. They put student’s safety and health as top priorities. Being a working mum of 2 primary school kids, knowing my kids would be would be well taken care of at the center, is really super important. My son was always happy to go to Team, we have experience with other student care, but in Team, the care, attention and activities were always different, friendly, and we as family enjoyed sharing those moments together. Beside being able to be in student care children may have additional tuition like Chinese, robotics, music lessons, creative writing and many others. Great job great team keep it up. Highly recommending for any working and non working parents whose children need creative and positive environment

My boy joined since Feb 2024, he enjoyed going to T.E.A.M. Dedicated and hardworking team looking after our boy so we can have peace of mind during work. Checked in and checked out using their app which let us track their whereabouts. Monday to Wednesday tuition class, Thursday and Friday outdoor and movie dates. Keeping our boy occupied. Spelling and TX also taken care of so we can have more quality time at home after work. Constant updates from Teacher via app or WhatsApp on their homework progress in TEAM. Also, on their emotional wellbeing. Thank you, TEAM.

… One of the biggest benefits for us is the supervised homework help. It takes a load off our shoulders knowing their schoolwork is getting done in a focused and supportive environment. But student care goes beyond just academics. They offer a fantastic range of enrichment activities that keep our child engaged and learning new things. It’s a great way to spark their creativity and explore different interests such as news media and creative art. We’ve also noticed a positive development in our child’s social skills and confidence. The staff fosters a positive and inclusive environment, and they participate in fun activities that encourage teamwork and communication such as outdoor park activity and water play. The fact that they offer engaging programs during school holidays is another big plus. It gives us peace of mind knowing our child is having fun and staying active, even when there’s no school. Overall, we have absolutely no regrets about choosing T.E.A.M, as it provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our child to thrive.

Excellent student care. My 2 kids attended TEAM student care over 7 years. Centre director Sandy is genuinely concern over the kids and does her best to support working parents. She is approachable and will offer practical tips and often go an extra mile to help an anxious kid/parent. The teachers are very caring and most of them have been there for a long time… My kids have a lot of fond memories of the centre (activities, teachers, friends, food and even the kitchen “auntie”). The teachers communicate the kids’ homework status on comms book (now app) and revise spelling, dictations etc which is a great help for me. I would strongly recommend the centre!
