Minimum 8 to start a class; Maximum 12 per class.

Natalie Chong started practicing yoga and simply fell in love with yoga. It led her to achieve Yoga teacher certification in 2013.
Natalie is a certified instructor from Radiant Child Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Strala Yoga Intensive (By Tara Stiles), Yin Yoga Basic Training with Victor Chng, Intensive Training Yoga Stick and Back Roller Therapy with Jo Chan, Insideflow Global Summit YTT and holds Montessori Diploma.
She enjoys teaching all ages and levels of physical ability. She has taught at Singapore Polytechnic and various yoga studios in Singapore.
